Please take note that unforeseen design and manufacturing delays have made the test unit unavailable until recently.
We are naw having additional difficulties in installation of the test equiµnent at the Salem site ]:)ecause of t..he severe frost this winter. At this ti.Ire it is not antici:pate1 that the test system will be installed and opc._rational until at least April 30, 1978.
It is therefore requested that the requirements for the suhnission of the report for the biocide rroni toring test program be rescheduled 15 months after the. start of the test or to July 30, 1979.
