Clinch River Nuclear Site Early Site Permit Application Part 3, Environmental Report 8-1 Revision 1 CHAPTER 8 NEED FOR POWER Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 51.50(b)(2) does not require a need for power discussion be included in an early site permit application. The need for power discussion is to be included in the combined license application.
