January 28, 2019 TO: U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION LICENSEES THAT RECEIVED SECURITY ADVISORY (SA) 2019-01, SA 2019-02, OR SA 2019-03
SUBJECT:
RETRACTION OF SA 2019-01, SA 2019-02, AND SA 2019-03, NATIONAL SPECIAL SECURITY EVENT FOR THE 2019 PRESIDENTIAL STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS, DATED JANUARY 17, 2019 The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has canceled the national special security event designation for the 2019 Presidential State of the Union Address that was scheduled to be on January 29, 2019, in Washington, DC. Therefore, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is retracting SA 2019-01, SA 2019-02, and SA 2019-03, all of which are titled National Special Security Event for the 2019 Presidential State of the Union Address.
Since the security advisories contain sensitive information, please destroy SA 2019-01, SA 2019-02, and SA 2019-03 using a method that would ensure that the information they contain is not inadvertently released to the public.
