AMENDMENT TO PRETRIAL ORDER OF MAP.CH 29, 1979 The original Pretrial Order entered in this matter on March 29, 1979 is amended to provide that on Apri 1 25, 1979 each party or participating state wishing to conduct cross-examination shall file an outline of the areas of cross-examination to be pursued together with an estimate cf the required time.
In the event, at the time of the evidentiary h~a~~ng, relevant and*probative points arise out of cross-examination and these point have not been set forth in the outline, the parties cross-examination shall not be limited by their outline.
The objections by the intervenor, the Township of Lower Alloways Creek to the pretrial order and request for revision of the order or certification to the Atomic Licensing Appeals Board is hereby withdrawn.
