The Board's Order dated July 19, 1978, provides that, because of special circumstances concerning the manner of representation and the location* of counsel, service upon Mr~
and Mrs. Coleman be made.
- However, the Board's Order also notes that 10 CFR §2 *.712 requires service only upon the attorney for a party.
Accordingly, as I advised you on the telephone, we will not make service upon Mr~ Bridenbaugh.
You have also requested that.we serve your associate counsel from your Department, Miss Ayres, which we will do.
