'Ihe :eublic ~..dvocate of the State of New Jersey requests an extension of t.:i.rce until close of business Friday, May 12, 1978, for filing of an amended p:tition on behalf of the Colerrans in rest:onse to the Board's Order of April 27, granting 10 days for same.
'Ihe NRC staff, the State of New Jersey, Lower Alloways Creek, and the licensee, PSE&G, have no objection. 'Ihe reasons for the request are m brief:
(1) nonreceipt of the Board's order until May 3, (2) unavailability of a technical consultant until May B, and (3) scheduling conflicts with notions filed in In re OPS, #S'IN 50-437, l::efore both the ASLB and Appeal Board.
