We have received notice that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is providing an opportunity for a public hearing concerning the issuance of operating licenses for Units 1 and 2 of the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station now under construction in Salem Township, Lyzerne County, Pennsylvani~.
If a public hearing is held, the Bureau of Radiation Protection, Department of Environmental Resources will participate under §2.715(c) of Title 10 CFR.
- Please keep us informed concerning any petitions for leave to intervene in this matter.
