Dear Senator Roth,

During the past two mon.ths I have researched the topic of Atomic energy *. I have come to the conclusion that Atomic energy is a dangerous and unappropriate source of energy.

The Peachl3ottom and Salem Nuclear Reactors are very close to Delavmre and ir1e v1ould suffer from the :,c.;en1icious effects of an accident. I'm not only concerned 2.S a Dela*.-rarec..n but as a citizen of the, United States.

Why do the states with the most Nuclear reactors also h2.ve .the highest cancer re..tes? Why do scientists who confirm the dangers of Atomic povver find their funds being with--*=

drawn? Why was the director of the ~eo.ctor Safety Study (".'iASH-1400) an employee of a nuclear industry lobbying group? If t:-1ese questions bother you as they do me, some action r.nust be taken. I would like to knov1 your vier:s on the :matter of Atomic energy and any further information you could send me 1uould be appreciated. I thank you Senator for your time.

Sincerely,
