& Gas Company (Salem Generating Station Unit 1)
Docket No. 50-272 In respect to the prehearing conference scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
on Thursday, March 15, 1979, I plan to attend as Attorney for the Township of Lower Alloways Creek.
Ori March 14, 1979 I must be in Miami, Florida to take depositions in a litigated matter pending in the New Jersey State Court.
I plan to leave Miami on the first morning flight which is scheduled to arrive in Philadelphia at 11:50 a.m.
This should give me adequate time to be in Salem County by 1:30 p.m. However, if my flight is late I will arrive as soon as possible.
