Dear Mr. Freudenberger:

In accordance with your initial application dated November 6, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML18325A190), as supplemented by letter dated December 19, 2018 (ADAMS ML19008A107), and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Materials License SNM-124 is hereby amended to approve the changes to Safeguards Condition SG-3.6.

This letter concludes action on this application. Enterprise Project Identifier L-2018-LLA-0316 is considered CLOSED.

Safeguards Condition SG-3.6 and the Safeguards Evaluation Report contain sensitive, security-related information. Accordingly, they are marked Official Use Only and withheld from public disclosure. When separated from the sensitive enclosures, this letter is decontrolled and publicly available in accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) "Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure." A copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
