If any of this material is to be transferred to other non-EURATOM or non U.S. facilities, EURATOM must obtain prior approval before re-transfer, in accordance with established procedures.
This license is amended to: 1) add an additional Other U.S. Party(ies) to Export, and 2) modify the list of the "Ultimate Destination(s)".
The shipment of Australian, Canadian, and EURATOM - obligated material is authorized.
