10 CFR 95.57(b) Monthly Security Event Log Security Related Information Withhold Under 10 CFR 2.390 In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 95.57(b), Louisiana Energy Services hereby submits a copy of the Monthly Security Event Log (Event Log) for the period December 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. There were no new events added in the month of December. The details of each security infraction, including corrective actions are available upon request. contains Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, UUSA requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1 ). The Enclosure 2 affidavit supports this withholding request.

LES-19-001-NRC ENCLOSURE 2 Affidavit I, Stephen Cowne, being duly sworn, state that I am the Chief Nuclear Officer and Compliance Manager for Louisiana Energy Services, LLC ("LES") at the URENCO USA Facility; that I am authorized on the part of said company to sign and file with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") this document; and that all statements made and matters set forth herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief:
- 1. LES wishes to have withheld from public disclosure the following documents:
LES Letter No. LES-19-001-NRC, Enclosure 1, 1 O CFR 95.57(b) Monthly Security Event Log
- 2. The information contained in the documents cited in 1 above for which exemption from public disclosure is requested concern classified matter protection. LES requests that this information be exempt from disclosure pursuant to the provisions in 10 CFR Part 2.390(d)(1 ).
