As discussed in the Pre-decisional Enforcement Conference (PEC) on the apparent violations in the NRCs Inspection Report [Ref 1], Holtec is pleased to submit some supplemental information to the NRC staff. Attached to this letter is an updated version of the presentation given at the PEC meeting, with some minor edits and clarification to ensure a complete and accurate record.
Also attached to this letter is a memo summarizing the issue, which was shared with Holtecs stakeholders, and may be useful to the NRC staff. Both of these attachments do not contain proprietary information and may be shared publicly. Holtec will submit any proprietary supporting documents under separate cover letter.
