Boyd Acting Mgr, Regulatory Assurance Arkansas Nuclear One In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4, enclosed is Revision 19 to the Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) Security Plan. These changes have been evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). It was determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the ANO Security Plan; therefore, prior NRC approval is not required. The enclosed material describes current security measures and is considered to be safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21. The enclosed material should be handled accordingly. The specific changes in this revision are described in the attachment to this letter.
