Norma, You are correct in that there was no proprietary information in the changed pages in Enclosure 1 for NEDE-33869P Revision 10. However, because the changed pages are for a document that does contain proprietary information (NEDE-33869P Revision 10), I was being conservative in including an affidavit.

If there is no proprietary information marked on those pages, then, the submittal will be profiled as Public and the withholding request will not be granted for this particular submittal. (I think that in your case is a document version control issue, internal to your company.)

The most recent approval of the QAP is revision 14 and not revision 13. I will need a submittal of the applicable pages of the application that mention\\reference revision 13 of the QAP (71-254), before issuing the renewal.
