Mr. Chairman, Because the venue of the adjudicatory pre-hearing for the Holtec project to be held on January 23-24, 2019, has now changed and there appear to be no restrictions on live-streaming at the new venue site, we would humbly request that live-streaming be allowed. For previous reasons stated; Holtec site is more than 300 miles from Albuquerque, it is a significant hardship and expense for our citizens to travel and stay overnight. And, furthermore, this is a very important project for the viability of the area. Eddy and Lea Counties and the residents of those counties are the directly affected parties and have a significant interest in knowing the arguments, and hearing those arguments vetted first hand.
Therefore, we would request live-streaming of the hearing be allowed.
