Vietti-Cook, Secretary STAFF REQUIREMENTS-COMSECY-18-0016-REQUEST COMMISSION APPROVAL TO USE THE DIRECT FINAL RULE PROCESS TO REVISE THE TESTING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IN 10 CFR PART 50 , APPENDIX H , REACTOR VESSEL MATERIAL SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS (RIN 3150-AKO?) The Commission has approved the staffs request to use the direct final rule process to revise the testing and reporting requirements in 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix H, and to publish the Federal Register notice , subject to the enclosed edits. The Commission has also approved the proposed regulatory basis, subject to minor corrections , clarifications , and modifications, as noted in the enclosed version. The Office of the Secretary will take the appropriate ticketing actions to reflect this Commission decision.
