. The purpose of this letter is to transmit Revision 33 to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) Emergency Plan. The DBNPS Emergency Plan, Revision 33, contains changes to ERO positions, relocation of the Operations Support Center, elimination of pagers, verbiage updates for drill objectives, and updated Letters of Agreement with local agencies. The DBNPS Emergency Plan, Revision 33 changes did not require NRC approval.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q), Revision 33 to the Emergency Plan does not result in a reduction in effectiveness of the Emergency Plan, as changed, and continues to satisfy the applicable requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E. The DBNPS Emergency Plan, Revision 33 was effective December 6, 2018. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), the DBNPS hereby submits the aforementioned DBNPS Emergency Plan as Enclosure A A summary of the changes to the DBNPS Emergency Plan are included in the Emergency Plan Revision 33 (Enclosure A), "Summary of Plan Changes," and in the 10 CFR 50.54(q) Screen/Evaluation in Enclosure B.
