1.) Contract language found in SOW Section 6.0 Government Furnished Equipment language updated to reflect following:

6. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED INFORMATION The Contractor shall have access to information (e.g. Standard Operational Procedures, regulations, manuals, texts, briefs and the other materials associated with this project) and tools located on the NRC infrastructure. All information, regardless of media, provided by the Government and/or generated for the Government in the performance of this task order is Government property and shall be maintained and disposed of by the Government. At the time of disposition, this information shall be boxed up, its contents labeled, and delivered to the Contracting Officer. Also, the Contractor shall completely remove all electronic copies of the information from Contractor equipment (e.g., computers, copiers, printers, faxes). The government reserves the right to verify and validate how this has been done. All equipment/media that has ever contained electronic copies of SGI or classified information must be provided to the government for destruction.

(a) The NRC will provide the contractor with the following items for use under this contract:

1. Provide contractors working remotely with GFE laptops so they can access (e.g. VPN) the NRC network so they can develop security documentation and assist the NRC in developing, establishing, and maintaining its cybersecurity program.
2. Provide the contractor with the necessary security tools to conduct assessments and gather information about the ability of NRCs information systems to meet federally mandated and NRC defined cybersecurity requirements.
3. Provide the contractor with the resources needed to assist the NRC in developing, establishing, and maintaining a cybersecurity awareness and role base training program that educates users and gives them the tools they need to recognize spear phishing attacks and other hacking practices that are designed to penetrate the agency systems.

(b) The contracts enterprise COR will keep an up to date list that identifies all the contractors that have been given GFE laptops. This list will include the contractors name, their normal duty location (e.g. Rockville MD, Tysons Corner VA), the make and model of the laptop the contractor received, the laptops serial number, the laptops NRC tag number, and a list of accessories that were given to the contractor when they received the GFE laptop.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT/PROPERTY (AUG 2011)

(a) The NRC will provide the contractor with the following items for use under this contract:

Laptops (not to exceed 45). For details please see Attachment 155: Government Furnished Property List.

(b) The equipment/property listed below is hereby transferred from contract/agreement number: NA, to contract/agreement number: GS06F0641Z/NRC-HQ-10-14-T-0001.

(c) Only the equipment/property listed above in the quantities shown will be provided by the Government. The contractor shall be responsible and accountable for all Government property provided under this contract and shall comply with the provisions of the FAR Government Property Clause under this contract and FAR Subpart 45.5, as in effect on the date of this contract. The contractor shall investigate and provide written notification to the NRC Contracting Officer (CO) and the NRC Division of Facilities and Security, Physical Security Branch of all cases of loss, damage, or destruction of Government property in its possession or control not later than 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> after discovery.

The contractor must report stolen Government property to the local police and a copy of the police report must be provided to the CO and to the Division of Facilities and Security, Office of Administration.

(d) All other equipment/property required in performance of the contract shall be furnished by the Contractor.
