Sir/Madam, Aerotest' s obligations have changed therefore a reassessment of personnel needs are required.
I am assigning the title of Acting Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) to Tracy Holt. Tracy Holt will be responsible for the continued training of Ms. Toni Richey, Associate RSO.
Ms Holt is uniquely qualified for the direction that Aerotest Operation has chosen to pursue. Her technical background is varied with demonstrated skills required for general radiation protection and decommissioning activities. (Ms. Holt's resume is on file.) Ms. Richey already has significant experience in the operation of the Aerotest's radiation safety program and also completed a number of academic and professional training courses related to radiation safety.

It anticipated that after additional training, Ms. Richey will assume the RSO position and Ms.
Holt will be available to perform auditing and general consulting.
