31310018C0005 Page 2 of 2 Modification No. 3 The purpose of this modification is to 1) exercise optional period one thereby extending the period of performance from March 31, 2019 to March 31, 2021 and increasing the contract ceiling from
$139,595.00 to $563,077.00, 2) provide incremental funding in the amount of $74,507.00 thereby increasing the total obligations from $139,595.00 to $214,102.00. Accordingly the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Refer to section B.2 is hereby revised as follows:
B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS (a) The ceiling of this order for the services is $563,077.00.
(b) This order is subject to the minimum and maximum ordering requirements set forth in the contract.
(c) The amount presently obligated with respect to this order is $214,102.00. The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the order ceiling as specified in paragraph (a) above. When and if the amount(s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this order, in accordance with FAR Part 43 - Contract Modifications. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk and may not be reimbursed by the Government.
(d) The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of FAR 52.232 Limitation of Funds, for incrementally-funded delivery orders or task orders.

F.2 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE ALTERNATE This contract shall commence on April 1, 2018 and will expire on March 31, 2021. The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional two 2-year optional periods.
