CLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION (OI 4-2017-040)
Dear Mr. Larson:
This refers to an investigation initiated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs)
Office of Investigations regarding activities at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. The Office of Investigations initiated the investigation to determine whether multiple contractor employees willfully received inappropriate assistance from an exam proctor on General Employee Training (GET) exams at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.
The NRC has terminated the investigation, and plans no further action.
You should note that final NRC documents may be made available to the public under the Freedom of Information Act subject to redaction of information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act. Requests under the Freedom of Information Act should be made in accordance with 10 CFR 9.23, Requests for Records.
