Dear Ms. Bailey:
The purpose of this letter is to provide to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission the enclosed revision to the Security Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter at Centrus Energy Corp.
Headquarters. This revision to the plan provides additional information on existing procedures, updates the configuration of the approved headquarters classified computer network and provides administrative changes. Changes in this revision are designated with revision bars in the left-hand margin. These changes have been reviewed in accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 95.19 and have been determined to be nonsubstantive changes. The changes resulted in repagination of the plan; therefore, the complete revised plan is being provided.
The enclosure contains Security-Related Information and in accordance with the guidance provided by the U.S. Department of Energy, also contains Official Use Only information.
Centrus requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(l).
