The contractors are being advised and given the option of leaving the s1te or work;ng.

The licensee later 1earned-that*a letter was received on site on March 31, 1~79, in which the unide.nti-fied \\,!riter threatened a series of explosions at both sites if a certain-indfvidual working at the site was not fired.

The letter was mailed on March 27, 1979i by an unidentified individµal..
