We are proposing to update the Louisiana state regulations to remain equivalent with the NRCs updates, namely RATS IDs 2015-4 and 2015-5. Please see the accompanying attached cover letter, proposed rule, and crosswalk documents. Also included are responses to the Compatibility Comments on Louisiana Final Regulations for RATS IDs 2013-1 and 2015-2 that you sent to us in a letter dated February 5, 2016. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.
