[External_Sender] live streaming of the oral arguments Jan 23 and 24, 2019
Hello Angel,
It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday.
As I mentioned yesterday on the phone and in my voice message I just left on your phone, John Heaton is trying to arrange for live streaming of the oral arguments so that the stakeholders in Southeast NM are able to observe. After multiple calls and call backs from the Court Administrator, John learned that the court is dealing with Twana Ellis at the NRC who is in charge of logistics. It is the policy in the Court House that there are no cameras and recording devices allowed. However, since this is not a case for the court and basically an outside hearing, those with whom John has spoken seem to think these policies would not apply. Diana Zanbrano (
) at the Court gave John Twanas number. John has spoken with Twana Ellis who informed him he must write a letter to Mr. Joseph McManus. Please see the attached e-mail message that John wrote to Mr. McManus.
We look forward to any assistance you can give us in this matter.
Warmest regards,
Joy
