NPF-4/7/103 VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. 8-80 AMENDMENT NO. 9 In a letter dated June 2, 2017, the NRG issued Combined License NPF-103 to Virginia Electric and Power Company (dba Dominion Virginia Power). Included with that letter were three copies of Amendment No. 9 to Indemnity Agreement No. 8-80, which covered the activities authorized under License NPF-103 to be executed. Additionally, Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement was modified by deleting the address and adding "120 Tredegar Street; Richmond, VA 23219-3932."

Subsequently, an administrative error was identified in the indemnity agreement executed June 2, 2017. Specifically, a typographical error was made in the docket number for Unit 1. As a result, the NRG reissued the affected page of Amendment No.

9 to the indemnity agreement on June 7, 2018, with the docket number for North Anna Unit 1 corrected.

• The indemnity agreement with the docket number for North Anna Unit 1 corrected by hand has been signed by all parties and the NRC's copy is included in the enclosure fo this letter.
