RE: Waste Control Specialists LLCs / ISPs Consolidated Interim Spent Fuel Storage Facility Project Radioactive Waste near the border is a violation of the spirit of the LA PAZ agreement and will do irreparable long-term harm to the ecology and economy of the entire region when (not if) there is a significant release of long-lived radioactive waste. Hardening the waste in place until a viable solution is found should be the NRC's staff recommendation.
