Notification in accordance with 10CFR71.93 for fabrication of the HI-STAR 100MB package

Dear Mr. Saverot:

Transportation regulation 10CFR71.93 requires a certificate holder or applicant for a certificate to submit a notice to the USNRC 45 days prior to the fabrication of the first cask. This letter serves as the notification for the start of fabrication of the HI-STAR 100MB. Fabrication will be performed in accordance with Holtec's QA program (Docket No. 71-0784) and is expected to start on or after 1/28/2019.
