[External_Sender] Event Number 53788 I am hoping that the event time, given as 00:00 CST is wrong. If it is not, I would like to know why it took so long to notify the NRC. (This would appear to be about 16 Yi hours.)
Additionally, and again if the event time given is correct, I would like to know why reactor power is given as 100% on the morning report for December 12, 2018 on the NRC Power Reactor Status Report.
