This report is submitted in accordance with Section 6.9 of Appendix A to Provisional Operating License DPR-20.
This report covers the period of January 1 through December 31, 1976.
This report does not include sections on radioactive effluent releases and environmental monitoring.
We are currently planning to submit this in-formation by March 31, 1977, as requir!=d by Technical Specification 6.9.3.1.
