REMARKS: IP 71111.08, Inservice Inspection Activities, has been revised to remove redundant guidance related to the monitoring of steam generator leakage and provided a reference to IMC 0327. Added additional guidance regarding observing PWR inspections. Eliminated redundancy and relocated optional requirements to align with IMC 2515.
IP 71111.11, Licensed Operator Requalification Program and Licensed Operator Performance, has been revised to add flexibility for the frequency of licensed operator training observations by resident inspectors as well as added guidance to review overlap between written exams, and open reference questions.
Removed inspection bases statements, detailed PI&R sections and redundancy.
Added an inspection element to check for repeating test items from a previously administered exam. Relocated optional requirements to align with IMC 2515.
