I A Combustion Engineering report entitled, "Palisades Steam Generator Tube Repair by Sleeving," CEN-59 ( P), dat.ed August 26, 1977, was submitted to the NRC on September 30, 1977*
The attached report, CEN-59(P) AddendUm. No 1, dated January 6, 1978 presents the results of the fourth pot boiler corrosion test for the sleeving program.
The conclusions previously reached with respect to the acceptability of the sleeving process are not altered by this report.
The submittal of this report completes the documentation req_uirements of the sleeving developmental program.
