Carolina Electric & Gas Company, actir-1g for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits four controlled copies of Revision 17 to the Security Plan, (SP-001).
A "Summary of Plan *Changes" is included as part of each controlled copy. These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan as described in 10CFR50.54(p).
