February 7, 1975 Docket 50-255 License DPR-20 Palisades Plant By letter dated December 27, 1974 the Commission transmitted an order for modification of the license for the Palisades Plant per-taining' to our proposed Technical Specifications'which were submitted pursuant to Section 50.46 and Appendix K of 10 CFR, Part 50.
The transmittal letter requested that we advise the Commission of our submittal date for the reevaluation required by the order.
Based on discussions with the reactor vendor, we plan to submit a reevaluation of the Palisades ECCS performance by July 9, 1975.
