Buckman.testified that Licensee had not yet applied for NRC permission to take credit for certain improvements il). operating conditions for the Palisades .Plant. (See also Prepared Testimony at 9-10, following Tr. 4754). On August 12, 1977

-Consumers Power Company formally transmitted its proposed .

• Technical Specifications changes and additional analysis requested by the NRC in connection with an interim power .i_11cr~_ase for. the Palisades Plant (Docket 50-255/Licensee DPR-20). These transrniftals as well as an errata sheet to an Exxon Report are enclosed.

Consumers Power Company has now completed its transmittal and supporting documentation for its request for this interim power increase, and is awaiting NRC action.
