In the matter of the increased nuclear spent fuel storage capacity at the Palisades Plant of Consumers Power Company and the questions I raised in my letter to you of January 27, 1977, please be advised that Consumers Power Company has been most cooperative and has answered all the technical questions.
I understand that Governor Milliken's staff is in correspondence with the Commission's staff regarding the issues incorporated in the first two questions in my letter.
Thank you for your cooperation in public health and safety matters in the issuances of licenses within the State of Michigan.
