The' followi,ng is our response information req_uested:

1.

Two samples of cb'.arcoal were obtained on May 26, 1976 by removing canisters from the' system.

2.

The charcoal had been* installed* in the system for 153 days and the system was in operation for 117 days.*

3.

The laboratory that performed the radioactive test was Nuclear Containment Systems., Inc, Columbus,* Ohio.

The testing agent was methyl iodide.

5.

The* test* was performed using RDT M16.;..1T
