In reply to your letter of July 26, 1976, please be advised that Consumers Power Company fully supports the Nuclear Plant. Reliability Data System.

Quarterly reports and failure reports have been routinely submitted on the Palisades Plant since initiation of the program in July 1974.

We have recently submitted a tape of engineering data which brings the Palisades engineering data base to greater than 90% complete.

The remaining clean-up work will continue to be classified high priority.
