MARCH 1976 EDDY CURRENT TEST REPORT Al~D TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST An eddy current inspection of the Palisades steam generators has been conducted in accordance with the Palisades Plant Technical Specification 4.14.
Prelim-inary results of this inspection were discussed at a meeting held with members of your staff on February 26, 1976.
The final report entitled "Report of Eddy Current Testing, Data Evaluation and Tube Plugging, March 1976" is attached as Enclosure A.
As a result of this testing program and other analyses submitted previously, a proposed Technical Specifications change has.been developed.
This proposed change augments that proposed by letter dated January 30, 1976 and is attached as Enclosure B.
