A LOCA, Thermal-Hydraulics, Neutronics and Mechanical Design Assessment" (XN-76-56).
This information is submitted in partial support of an upcoming request for change in the Palisades Technical Specifications.
This proposed change would permit operation of the Palisades Plant primary system at pressures up to 2100 psia.
Additional information including a proposed Technical Specifica-tions change will be supplied to you by December 15, 1976.
