February 3, 1975 Re:
Docket 50-255 License DPR-20 Palisades Plant By letter dated December 11, 1974 from Mr. Purple, the Directorate of Licensing staff requested that we adopt Standard Technical Specifications as they relate to installed filter systems.
Consumers Power Company has attempted to carry out this request.
Draft revisions of Technical Specifications changes were prepared and submitted for review by our Safety and Audit Review Board (SARE) in anticipation of submittal by February 3, 1975. However, SARE requested additional information prior to their completing the review.
The requirement for additional information will necessitate a further delay in our submittal.
We now estimate that the submittal will be ready by about March 3, 1975.
