Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.44, Indiana Michigan Power Company, the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Units 1 and 2, is transmitting the report of changes for CNP Emergency Plan Revisions 37, 38, 39, and 40.
J Failure to. submit Revisions 37 and 38 within six months of their effective dates, has been.
documented in CNP's corrective action program for evaluation.
