Title:

Public Meeting to Accept Comments on the NRC's Evaluation of Training and Experience Requirements for Different Categories of Radiopharmaceuticals (83 FR 54380)

Date(s) and Time(s): December 11, 2018, 01:00 PM to 04:00 PM Location: NRC One White Flint North, Commissioners' Hearing Room 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD Category: This is a Category 3 meeting. Public participation is actively sought for this meeting to fully engage the public in a discussion of regulatory issues.

Purpose:

To solicit comments from the public and stakeholders on the NRC's evaluation of the training and experience (T&E) requirements for a physician to become an authorized user for medical uses under Subpart E, Unsealed Byproduct MaterialWritten Directive Required, of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 35, Medical Use of Byproduct Material. Notice soliciting comments was published in the Federal Register on October 29, 2018 (83 FR 54380).
