[External_Sender] Docket NRC-2016-0231-0220 I strongly protest the transportation and storage of nuclear waste in West Texas. Im an engineer, and this stance is not based on fear and ignorance. This area has a great deal of truck traffic with overloaded roads, presenting a hazard in transportation. Our rail line is similarly crowded, and rail shipments would likely be in a mixed train with petroleum products. A bad recipe. Furthermore, the lifeblood of this region is subsurface water, generally 300 or less depth -

without it, we die. This waste should be returned to Yucca Mountain, from whence it came. It is arguably less hazardous now than when it was mined. Please do not allow a big business along with a majority tyranny of voters to force this hazard (which we did not help create) on this area with few voters.
