- 17) to the SPPP. (Ref. 3) Per a meeting held with NRC on November 5 and 6, 2018, a decisic:,n was made to not introduce US developed RD into the SPPP as requested in Ref. 1. Additionally during this meeting a request to resend the SPPP Rev. 17 without the.reference to US developed RD and special controls was agreed to by GLE and NRC.
GLE submits GLEP-00009-R Revision 17, "Standard Practice Procedures Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter for the GE Hitachi Global Laser Enrichment LLC Wilmington Facilities." This revision incorporates requirements sent in Ref. 2 and replaces the revision sent in Ref. 3.
