You request that the NRC revise its regulations regarding the measurement standards used at U.S. nuclear power plants, which should use or have metrology laboratories that are certified by accrediting organizations under the guidance of ISO/IEC 17025 or ANSI/NCSLI Z540.3, as a part of normal and required operations. The NRC docketed your petition pursuant to § 2.803 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Petition for rulemaking-NRC action, on March 4, 2019, and assigned it Docket No. PRM-50-118.
