• 16.2 PROPOSED FINAL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Proposed draft Technical Specifications for Hope Creek Generating Station were issued by the USNRC dated June 28, 1985. The HCGS Technical Specifications were issued for proof and review by the USNRC on September 30, 1985.
