This relaxation would allow the use of appropriate compensatory and suspension measures provided in 1 O CFR Part 50 physical security plans (Plans)' as an alternate means of compliance with the interim compensatory measures (ICMsf or additional security measures (ASMs). The Relaxation Request, as well as the Plans' compensatory and suspension measures for Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations, are provided as attachments to this letter.
