Docket No. 52-047-ESP STATUS OF ASLBP ORDERS LBP-18-4 AND LBP-17-08 This is to inform you that the time provided by NRC regulation within which the Commission may act to review the subject decisions of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in this docket has expired. The Board's October 10, 2017, Order (LBP-17-08) ruled on petitions for intervention and requests for hearing, and its July 31, 2018, Order (LBP-18-4) ruled on motions to dismiss, motions for leave to file new contentions, and terminated the proceeding.

The Commission has declined any review of these decisions. Accordingly, the decisions became final agency action on November 28, 2018.
